Refund Policy :Disappointed with your purchase? Not a problem! We want you to be completely satisfied. If you experience any issues or quality problems with our product within a week of receiving it, we're happy to offer an exchange. It's important to note that not all returns or exchanges will be accepted automatically. Our team will need to inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our policy. This means any damage caused by carelessness, misuse, or incorrect application won't be covered. Additionally, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

To qualify for an exchange, please return the product in its original packaging, complete with all tags and receipt, in an un-used and undamaged condition. You'll have 7 days from receiving the product to register your complaint. Once we've approved your return or exchange request, you can expect the process to be finalized within 7-21 business days.

Cancellation Policy : If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra, and we partner with reliable delivery services to ensure prompt and efficient delivery. Upon receiving your order, please verify the delivery by signing the proof of delivery.

If you cannot personally accept the delivery, please arrange for a trusted individual, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to receive it on your behalf. However, Novel cannot be held responsible for goods signed for by someone else.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. In exceptional circumstances, such as holidays, unforeseen events, or natural disasters, delivery may take longer. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

1) Home delivery is NOT PROVIDE from the company.

2) Once a complaint is launched it will be completed within 3-4 days.

3) Customer should provide the complaint register number for any issues

regarding machine complaint.

4) No returns or Exchange will be done once the machine has been purchased.

5) Please check the accessories provided with the machine during purchase.

6) The company does not give any warranty or guaranty on the machine spares We provide only 1 year service warranty, Any Spares broken will be charged.

7) No warranty or guaranty on any Machine Stand, Table & Electronics Parts.

8) All Bag Closer machine purchased have a SERVICE WARRANTY of 3 months only Any spares broken will be charged.

9) Please do not call technician on mobile for servicing or complaint,
call only on customer service number for servicing or complaint of machines.

10) No discount on any machine MRP if purchased on EMI.

11) The company will not be responsible for any damage or ware and tare

during transport.
